The pandemic threw many of us for quite a loop. With gyms closed and sheltering in place orders..it really made a huge change in our daily routines. Many of us, me included, gained that Covid 15 extra pounds from lack of activity and unbridled eating. So, now that gyms have reopened and it’s safe to exercise…we need to find the motivation and inspiration to take that first step.
